
GymTerps To Attend Towson Tri Meet & GW Invite in Back-To-Back Weekend

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland Gymnastics team will face their first back-to-back meets this season when they travel to Towson Friday for the Towson Tri Meet followed by the George Washington Invitational on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Towson Tri Meet
Maryland will compete with Towson and George Washington Friday, March 6, at 7 p.m. in SECU Arena. Tickets will be available to purchase here. Live stats will also be available here.
George Washington Invitational
The Terps will conclude their weekend at George Washington on Sunday, March 8, at 1 p.m. Maryland will compete with the Colonials and the Towson Tigers for the second time in three days as well as William & Mary and Yale. The meet will be available to stream here. Live stats are available here.

- Senior Tiara Wright matched Audrey Barber's program record 9.950 bars score on Sunday. Last week Wright earned a career-high 9.925 on bars only to best herself on Sunday. Wright earned the honor of Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week.
- Freshman Reese McClure earned a career-best 9.900 on vault after sticking her landing. She followed with a 9.825 on beam and matched her career-best 9.900 on floor for the third straight meet. McClure took first place in on both vault and floor.
- Sophomore Sanya Glauber soared to a new career-best 9.925 on bars.
- Junior Randi Morris matched her career-high 9.850 on floor and 9.825 on vault.
- Junior Sabriyya Rouse took first place on beam with a season-high 9.850 followed by a second-place finish on floor with a 9.850.

- The George Washington University Colonials are currently ranked No. 41 in the nation. GW's best events are bars and beam where they are nationally ranked No. 34 on both events.The Colonials all-around season high is a 195.900.
- The Towson Tigers are currently ranked No. 52 in the nation. Towson's best events are beam and vault where they are nationally ranked No. 50 and No. 51, respectively. The Tigers' all-around season high is a 194.725.
- The William & Mary Tribe are currently ranked No. 62 in the nation. William & Mary's best events are bars and vault where they are nationally ranked No. 47 and No. 56, respectively. The Tribe's all-around season high is a 194.550.
- The Yale Bulldogs are currently ranked No. 53 in the nation. Yale's best events are beam and floor where they are national y ranked No. 45 and No. 49, respectively. The Bulldogs' all-around season-high is a 194.375.
