As a Redshirt Junior (2020-21): Did not compete.

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2019-20): Posted a 4-6 record wrestling at 149 pounds...earned a win over VMI’s Josh Yost and took home fifth place at the American Round Robin (11/9)...posted back-to-back victories over Maryland’s Justin LeMay and Bucknell’s Tyler Williams at the Patriot Open (12/7)...beat North Carolina’s Charles Barry at the National Collegiate Open (3/1)

As a Redshirt Freshman (2018-19): Won nine matches while wrestling in open tournament competition...picked up one win by major decision and another by pin...won by fall over Pierre Liciaga (ESU) at the ESU Open (11/10)...posted two more wins at the ESU Open by decision (11/10)...won three matches at the Wolfpack Open, including one by major decision (11/18)...won a match by decision at the Shorty Hitchcock Open (1/12)...posted two decision victories at the National Collegiate Open (3/2).

As a Freshman (2017-18): Led team with 7 major decision victories while serving a redshirt season...picked up a fall in his first-ever collegiate match at the Princeton Open, sticking Brandon Levesque (SHU) at the 1:34 mark (11/4)...won three matches, including two by major decision at the ESU Open (11/12)...beat Aaron Kruk of Harvard by way of major decision at the F&M Open (1/6)...finished seventh in the 149-pound bracket at the Shorty Hitchcock Open...posted six-consecutive wins between the Shorty Hitchcock Open and Messiah Open...won his final match of the season over Andrew Mauriello of Drexel with a 13-4 major decision (2/3).

Before Maryland: Wrestled at Pine-Richland High School…2015 Powerade Tournament placer…three-time section champ…two-time county champion…2017 county runner up…finished with an undefeated record at the 2017 Virginia Duals.

Personal: Son of Mike and Carol Burnham…older brother Brendan also wrestles at Maryland…nickname is “G Baby”…favorite pre-game meal is Chik-Fil-A…pretended to be Adrian Peterson when playing sports as a kid…won a national title in baseball...came to Maryland for academics and to compete in Big Ten...plans to go into business...majoring in letters and sciences.
