As a Junior (2012): Saw action in seven games … recorded four solo tackles on the season … saw time on special teams.
As a Sophomore (2011): Played in three games early in the season as a reserve defensive end … played in the season opener vs. Miami (9/5) … recovered a fumble against West Virginia (9/17) … also saw action vs. Towson (10/1) … moved to linebacker midway through the year, but did not play the rest of the way.
As a Redshirt Freshman (2010): Saw action in all 13 games, mostly as a reserve defensive end … started one game … posted a career-high five tackles vs. Navy (9/6), his first collegiate game … had a pair of stops vs. Morgan State (9/11) … made one tackle and had his first career pass breakup against Wake Forest (10/30) … had two tackles against Virginia (11/13) … made one stop against NC State (11/27) … made his first career start vs. East Carolina in the Military Bowl (12/29).
