Shane Douglas was hired as Associate Director of Business Operations in October 2023. He enters his fourth school year in that role in 2026-27.
Prior to Maryland, Douglas spent nearly four years from 2020-2023 at the University of Kentucky. He held roles as an
Douglas earned his Master's degree in Sport Business and Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University. While in school, he served as a student manager for Temple Men's Basketball under Head Coach Fran Dunphy and the Treasurer of the Sport Marketing Association of Temple.
