As a Redshirt Freshman (2019-20): Won eight matches wrestling at 125 pounds...debuted as Maryland’s starter at 125 pounds at the Cavalier Duals, earning a win by forfeit vs. Southern Virginia...earned a second-place finish at the American Round Robin with three consecutive victories, two by bonus points...posted a win over Bloomsburg’s Christian Gannone at the Black Knight Invite (11/17)... beat Rider’s Sean Foley via a 8-0 major decision at the Patriot Open (12/7)...earned two wins and earned 8th place at the F&M Open with wins over Navy’s Caleb Kelly and Franklin & Marshall’s Jose Diaz
