ANAHEIM, Calif. -
Maryland guard Juan Dixon has been tabbed a Third Team All-American by Basketball Times, it has been announced.
Dixon, a junior from Baltimore, is Maryland's leading scorer as the Terps head into Thursday's NCAA Sweet Sixteen battle with Georgetown. Dixon averages 18.3 points and an ACC-leading 2.7 steals. He was an honorable mention All-American as a sophomore in 2000, and a first team All-ACC pick in each of the past two seasons.
