Tournament Results

Jessica Hollandsworth shot a third-round 75 to finish sixth overall, leading the Maryland women's golf team to a seventh place finish at the UNCW Lady Seahawks Classic. Hollandsworth, who rebounded from a first round 78 to grab the top-10 finish, shot just five-over par in the final two rounds of the event.

East Tennessee State won the event.

Hilary Lawson was the second-highest placing Terp, finishing in a tie for 25th with a combined 236 (20-over par). Lawson's best round came in the second loop around the course with a 76. The sophomore benefited from tremendous play on par-3's, where she was one of just 13 golfers to finish the tournament at par or better.

Lara Peffley, whose first-round 76 paced the Terrapins after Day One, finished third on the team with a 239, good for a tie for 35th place. Alexis Holmes finished tied for 52nd with a 243.
