POSITION TITLE:               Football Student Manager

DEPARTMENT:                    Intercollegiate Athletics

Job duties:

Provide assistance to the football staff and players both in the equipment room and on the field.

Assist the equipment staff in preparing the team's equipment for practices and games

Assist the coaching staff and equipment staff during practices—setting up the field for practice and helping run drills as requested

Assist the equipment staff in helmet maintenance and repairs

Assist in gameday preparations of the team equipment

Schedule:

You will be expected to work team practices each day

You will be expected to work the football home games and possibly travel with the team to some away games

Requirements:

Must be able to do lift and move equipment around the equipment room and on the field.

Must be enrolled at the University of Maryland, College Park as a full time student.
