Ticket Office Internship

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -

Responsibilities include: Assist with window and telephone sales for all ticketed events using Paciolan software. Responsible for providing service and responding to web chats. Supervise all aspects of women's lacrosse, baseball and women's soccer ticket operations. Assist with ticket operations for all home football as well as men's and women's basketball games; including but not limited to, oversight of customer service, access management, complimentary ticket distribution, and student ticket distribution. Assist with outbound sales efforts. Develop skills in CRM, sales, and NCAA Compliance. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in customer service required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Paciolan experience is helpful, but not required. Appointment: Position is for a one year appointment beginning July 1, 2013.

Salary: $10.00 per hour
