PINEHURST, N.C. - Panitta Yusabai shot a 145 to lead the Maryland women's golf team through two rounds at the Pinehurst Challenge on Monday.
Yusabai paced the Terps – who sit in 10th in the overall team standings – with a 74 and 71 in the first and second round to tie for 24th.
Senior Heidi Baek and freshman Ludovica Scandroglio followed closely behind Yusabai with a 147 (75-72) and are tied for 40th.
Ludovica Farina posted a 77 and a 72 to tie for 49th while Brooke Kochevar notched a 145 to tie for 83rd.
The Terps return to action Tuesday morning for the third round.
