The Director of Operations-Baseball assists the Head Baseball Coach and members of the coaching staff in coordinating the day-to-day operations for the entire baseball program. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating all aspects of team and recruiting travel, coordinating facility and practice schedules, managing program budget, managing student managers, assisting with alumni and donor outreach, serves as the liaison to sports marketing, coordinating the ordering and distribution of equipment, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. At least three (3) years of experience in baseball operations at the NCAA Division I level preferred. Proficiency in social media applications and a variety of software applications preferred.
