COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland women's golf team will head to the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championships at the Cherokee Country Club in Knoxville, Tenn., Sunday.
The Terps will play the first and second round on Monday before teeing off for the third and final round Tuesday morning. Cherokee Country Club is a par-70 course, 5,958 yards.
The field includes 14 teams, four of which were ranked in Golfweek's preseason top 30. No. 15 Tennessee will host Chattanooga, College of Charleston, Florida, Iowa State University, Illinois, Kent State, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, No. 24 NC State, No. 29 UNLV, No. 21 Ohio State and South Dakota State.
This weekend's lineup includes Panitta Yusabai, Ludovica Farina, Heidi Baek, Ludovica Scandroglio and Alexandra Papell.
