Video Coordinator

The Video Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the video needs of the Football program, including the production of opponent and self-scout cutups, and producing end of season highlight videos and other related projects.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining video equipment and coordinating the linear and non-linear storage of past games and practices; assists with other duties as assigned.

This position requires incumbent to work non-standard hours and travel to numerous athletic and related events.

Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, communication, technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered.

Three (3) years' experience working in a football video department.

Experience in operating digital editing systems, a variety of video cameras and recording equipment, and an understanding of collegiate athletics.

Work history will have demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills in a high demand/pressure-filled environment.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to comply with the laws, policies, rules, and regulations governing the University and its employees and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (the “NCAA”) and the Big Ten Conference (the “BIG10”).

Ability to work non-standard hours and travel to numerous athletic and related events.

Ideal candidate will have a worked within a Division I football program; experience with XOS THUNDER video systems, Adobe Creative Suite, post production editing and Hudl video system.
