COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland softball head coach Julie Wright announced her team's fall schedule today, which features four dates at Maryland Softball Stadium over the months of September and October. Wright is entering her second season with the program, after leading Maryland to victories over three NCAA Tournament teams in 2016.

The Terps will face teams from around the DMV, including Towson, Bowie State, Mount St. Mary's and Georgetown. The Tigers are coming off one of the best seasons in program history in 2016, where the squad finished 37-17 and advanced to the CAA Championship game.  

Saint Francis (PA) and Shepherd University will also make the trip to College Park for a Sunday doubleheader on October 9. The Red Flash had a successful season, going 34-24 while earning the No. 2 seed to the NEC tournament. The Rams were 34-16 a season ago, also advancing to their conference tournament.

Admission and parking will be free for all fall games.
