Before her stint in Eugene, Lovelace worked as the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Affairs at George Mason for four years. At both stops, Lovelace helped lay the foundation for numerous student-athlete development programs.
"I am truly excited to join the University of Maryland Athletic Department," said Lovelace. "My new role as Assistant AD gives me an extraordinary opportunity to help our student-athletes as they continue their journey through Maryland and after they graduate. My professional background and commitment to education will serve me well as I take on this new role."
