Sean Davis tallied four tackles and Darrius Heyward-Bey recorded his first reception of the season for nine yards. For the Carolina Panthers, Jermaine Carter Jr. had a pair of tackles and DJ Moore's versatile play continued as he rushed for five yards and posted four receptions for 20 yards. Torrey Smith missed his third consecutive game for the Panthers with a knee injury.
 
Yannick Ngakoue added two tackles to his stats as the Jacksonville Jaguars fell to the Indianapolis Colts (29-26).
 
The Seattle Seahawks faced off against the Los Angeles Rams Sunday in a close battle won by the Rams (36-31). Quinton Jefferson notched three tackles, a quarterback hit and a crucial sack to force a Rams punt.

Vernon Davis and the Washington Redskins battled with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in what ended with D.C. triumph as the Redskins record jumped to 6-3 on the season.
