Coordinator of Business Operations

As a member of the ICA Business Office, this position will provide financial and accounting support to the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing complex professional accounting work such as performing reconciliations and journal entries; processing accounts payable, purchase requisitions, disbursement vouchers and travel expense statements; review of purchasing and travel card transactions; managing relationship with hotel and restaurant partners; managing Barnes and Noble and Under Armour accounts; assist in preparation of tax reporting; providing financial information to the Asst. AD for Business Operations by researching and analyzing data and preparing reports.
 
Bachelor's degree and one (1) to two (2) years experience in business office related environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field is preferred. At least one year (1) of collegiate athletics accounting experience is preferred.
