Time Commitment
Select office hours, ALL home Maryland Football Games and select Maryland Basketball, Soccer, & Lacrosse games
 
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in client contract fulfillment, sales support and perform other tasks as required to help insure the success of Maryland Sports Properties
 
Responsibilities

• Providing administrative, sales, and marketing support to the Maryland Sports Properties sales and fulfillment staff
• Coordinating hospitality functions (i.e. setting up, checking in & breaking down hospitality area) 
• Assist in coordinating partner marketing elements (e.g. promotions, signage, radio and TV, etc.)
• Prospecting new business development for select MSP inventory
• Other duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Director of Client Services

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student interested in a career in Sports Marketing preferred
• High level of initiative, coupled with the ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to initiate and maintain personal relationships
• Highly organized; able to prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude under pressure
• Knowledge in Excel, Power Point and Outlook; savvy with social media
