The Director of Scouting and Player Development will provide support to the women's basketball program by participating in planning and strategy meetings in coaching only meetings; Observe practice sessions and provide feedback in the coaches only meetings; chart/track statistics during practices and competitions; analyze/evaluate game film of team or opponents; splice game film for scouting; track incoming student-athletes progress; assist with on-campus recruiting process and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years of previous playing and/or coaching experience at the high school and/or NCAA Division I, II or III collegiate level.
Minimum of 3 years of previous playing and/or coaching basketball experience at the high school and/or NCAA Division I collegiate level preferred.
