COLLEGE PARK, MD – The Maryland wrestling team won one bout in a 39-4 defeat to the No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers inside the XFINITY Center Pavilion on Friday night. 

Michael North's convincing 9-2 victory at 149-pounds was his third dual victory of the season and gave the Terps (5-8, 0-4 Big Ten) its lone victory of the day. No. 12 184-pounder Kyle Cochran fell behind 4-1 after the first period, and couldn't complete the comeback as he fell 12-4.
