Maryland has started the season 3-0 for the sixth time in head coach Brenda Frese's eight years as head coach at Maryland.

The Terps headed into halftime ahead, 43-30. Maryland also went on a 16-3 run in the opening three minutes of the second half to lead by 26 points.
At least three Terrapins scored in double digits for the third time this season: Lynetta Kizer (19), Diandra Tchatchouang (22), Tianna Hawkins (11) and Anjalé Barrett (10).

Sophomore center Lynetta Kizer earned her 10th career and first season double-double with 19 points and a season-high 10 boards. She posted double-digit points in all three games this season.
Freshman forward Tianna Hawkins was 4-for-4 from the floor and hit 3-of-4 from the charity stripe for 11 points. She also grabbed six boards. Hawkins has scored in double digits twice this season.
Sophomore guard Anjalé Barrett tallied a season-high 10 points, three assists and hit a career high-tying three free throws.
Senior guard Lori Bjork notched a season-high three treys in a season-high 30 minutes of play.
Freshman guard Dara Taylor dished out a career-high nine assists and added five rebounds and six points.
