COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland women’s basketball team will find out its NCAA Tournament seeding and bracket during the Selection Show on ESPN on Monday, March 16 at 7 p.m. ESPN will be joining the Terps for multiple live shots throughout the two-hour special.
Fans are welcome to join the team to watch the Selection Show on the XFINITY Center main court with the first shot for the Selection Show at 6:40 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Gate B will be open and parking will be free in the lots around XFINITY Center.
In a new format this year, the top 16 seeds in the tournament will host the NCAA First and Second Rounds. Game dates, times and location will be unveiled during the Selection Show. For information on tickets to the First and Second Rounds, click here or call 1-800-IM-A-TERP.
Regionals will be held in Albany, Greensboro, Oklahoma City and Spokane March 27-30. The 2015 Final Four will be played in the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. April 5-7.
Maryland won its 24th straight game last Sunday with a 77-74 victory over Ohio State to win the Big Ten Tournament title. The third-ranked Terrapins went 18-0 in conference play on the regular season.
