Using career educational modules, Business Etiquette Socials, the Career Coaches Program, and the InTERPship Academy, this program is geared toward enhancing student-athlete marketability in the workplace.

Career Coaches provide an additional resource for student-athlete career interest and self-exploration, resume building, interview skills and professional network expansion.
InTERPship Academy
A unique opportunity for student-athletes to participate in a paid, 8-week summer internship within Maryland Athletics, local business and government agencies.
Career Corner Updates

Career Planning Meetings
An opportunity for student-athletes to meet one-one-one with a career counselor to develop an individualized career plan.
Senior Career Planning Meetings
In preparation for their upcoming graduation, senior student-athletes are encouraged to meet one-on-one with members of the Student-Athlete Development Team on a monthly basis.
