Before Maryland:
  • Three-star recruit according to 247 Sports, ESPN & Rivals
  • Top-15 ranked player in Maryland and top-70 wide receiver via 247 Sports
  • Played for Mergenthaler Vocational and helped lead the Mustangs to a 2023 4A/3A State Championship win; produced over 1,000 all-purpose yards that season 
  • Also competed in Track & Field where he is is a 3x State Champion and 5x Regional Champion
  • Chose Maryland over Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska & Indiana
