Charles Harley is currently the Director of Leadership and Character Development for the Maryland football program.

Harley previously coached at Forestville Military Academy, formerly Forestville High School. He was the winningest football coach in the school’s history, leading his team to two state championship games, winning one.

Harley is a former Marine and an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He is married to  Dr. Tonia Harley, and they have two children, Chantz and Chazz Harley.
