Drew Hampton was promoted to Senior Director of Equipment Operations in September 2022. He was first hired as an equipment Manager at Maryland in March 2016. He enters his ninth school year with the equipment department in 2024-25. 

Hampton previously worked for a few NFL teams, such as the Jacksonville Jaguars as the Director of Equipment Operations from 1997-2012 and Washington Football Team from 2021-2022.
