Kendall George

Kendall George joined the Gossett Student Athlete Center in February 2020 as a Learning Specialist and Academic Counselor for the Football program. She enters her sixth school year in this role in 2024-25. Kendall provides one-on-one instruction to foster academic growth while helping student-athletes reach their academic potential. She also conducts weekly meetings and monitors academic degree progress towards graduation. 

Before coming to Maryland, Kendall was the Learning Specialist for all sports and the Academic Advisor for women’s volleyball at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to UTC, she held roles at the University of Maryland and West Virginia University as an assistant learning specialist and assistant academic coordinator. 

A native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Kendall earned her B.S. in Sports Marketing from Duquesne University in 2014. She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2017. During law school, Kendall interned in the athletic compliance office at Drexel University.
