Marie Brown was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations and Customer Service in July 2023 after serving as Director of Ticket Services since May 2018. Brown is responsible for leading all ticket operations and customer service efforts for the unit.
 
She joined the Maryland staff as an assistant director in November of 2005 and oversaw ticket operation for Olympic sports. 
 
In 2006 Brown was promoted to associate director with oversite of our ticket operations for women’s basketball. 
 
A native of Leominster, Mass., Brown attended UMass Amherst where she received a bachelor’s degree in sport management. Brown earned her Masters of Business Administration from UMUC in 2018.
