As a senior in 2023:
• Clearing specialist and man-down SSDM, appearing in all 16 games. 

As a junior in 2022:
• Played in 10 games with three groundballs and a goal.
• In his season debut, scored a goal and picked up two ground balls in victory over Albany (3/12).

As a sophomore in 2021:
• Made four appearances as a reserve midfielder.
• Played in two NCAA Tournament games vs. Vermont (5/16) and Duke (5/29).
• Made season debut vs. Michigan (2/20).

Before Maryland:
• Played varsity lacrosse from 2016-19 at Massapequa High School on Long Island.
• Helped Massapequa to the the Nassau County title three years consecutively from 2017-19.
• Tallied 31 goals and 44 assists as a senior for 75 total points.
• Recorded 84 goals and 89 assists for 173 points in high school career.
• Two-time All Section honoree.
• Team Captain.
• Two-time Nassau County Championships Playoff Offensive MVP.
• 2019 Nassau County Midfielder of the Year.
• All-State US Lacrosse High School All-American.
• Wrestled and earned five-time All-Sectional, All-State honors
• Accumulated 199 career wins to be winningest wrestler in Massapequa history.
• Played club lacrosse for the Long Island Outlaws and earned Inside Lacrosse All-Star.
• Participated on Nxt All-American Tournament team.

• Son to Jim and Kerri Gibbons.
• Father was a long-time college football coach, serving more than two decades at Long Island University (LIU).
• Brother Shane played lacrosse at LIU.
• Sister Brianna played women's lacrosse at LIU Post.
• 3.7 high school GPA, earning High-Honor Roll.
• Member of the National Honor Society.
