• June 6, 2017: Garino's big run in the NCAA Tournament

Note: Helped lead Maryland to one national title, three title game appearances and four semifinal appearances ... senior class had an overall record of 61-14 (.813).

As a senior (2017): Appeared in 15 games and emerged as Maryland's best faceoff man for 2017 National Champions, going 27-for-38 (71%) in four NCAA games (three of which against All-American FOGOs) ... went 84-for-136 (62%) on the season with 56 ground balls ... had a phenomenal outing against Villanova (3/18), winning 15-of-18 faceoffs (.833) and collecting 13 ground balls ... won 8-of-12 faceoffs and had five ground balls vs. #19 Michigan (4/1) ... won 9-of-11 faceoffs and had seven ground balls vs. #1 Penn State (4/8) ... won 9-of-20 faceoffs and picked up eight ground balls at #5 Albany (4/12) ... won 6-of-11 faceoffs in Big Ten semis vs. #8 Penn State (5/4) ... won 12-of-14 faceoffs, including first seven attempts, and had eight ground balls in NCAA quarterfinal vs. #4 Albany (5/21) ... won 3-of-6 faceoffs in NCAA semifinal vs. #5 Denver (5/27) ... won 10-of-14 faceoffs, including 8-of-10 in the second half, in NCAA final win vs. #3 Ohio State (5/29).

As a junior (2016): Appeared in two games.

As a sophomore (2015): Appeared in 13 games, winning 63- of-127 faceoffs in relief of Charlie Raffa ... made season debut at Yale (2/21)...went 14-for-22 on faceoffs against No. 11 Penn (2/24), picking up three ground balls ... won only faceoff attempt at Villanova (3/14) ... won 7-of-12 faceoffs, picking up five ground balls against Robert Morris (3/24) ... won 4-of-6 faceoffs against Michigan (3/29), scooping three ground balls ... went 8-for-10 on faceoffs with seven ground balls vs. Penn State (4/4) ... won three faceoffs against No. 19 Loyola (4/4) ... went 9-for-17 on faceoffs at Rutgers (4/12), winning all nine in the second half ... gathered five faceoff wins at Ohio State (4/18) ... won four faceoffs in Big Ten semis against Ohio State (4/30) ... saw late-game action in NCAA Quarters vs. North Carolina (5/17).

As a redshirt freshman (2014): Made his collegiate debut, winning 4-of-6 faceoffs with three groundballs and one caused turnover in 16-3 win vs. Mount St. Mary's (2/8) ... won 1-of-7 faceoffs in 11-8 win at Stony Brook (3/8) ... took his first opening faceoff and won 11-of-19 draws with five groundballs in 13-5 win at Michigan (3/18) ... won 17-of-20 faceoffs with 13 groundballs in 19-6 win over Robert Morris (4/2) ...the 13 groundballs were the most by any Terrapin player in a single game since 1992 ... also scored his first goal vs. the Colonials ... won his only faceoff attempt in 12-6 win over Navy (5/3) ... won 3-of-7 faceoffs with three groundballs in 16-8 win over Bryant (5/17) in the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament ... won 4-of-8 faceoffs with two groundballs in 11-6 loss to No. 5 seed Notre Dame in the semifinals of the NCAA tournament.

As a freshman (2013): Did not see varsity action.

Before Maryland: 2012 US Lacrosse High School All-American ... three-year letterwinner for Coach Andy Hayes at Episcopal Academy ... helped lead the Churchmen to an Inter-Ac championship as a senior ... named tournament MVP after winning 20-of-28 faceoffs in the championship game ... totaled 32 points on 20 goals and 12 assists in 2012 ... won 80% of his faceoff attempts with a single-season school record 217 groundballs as a senior ... all-state and All-EPSLA selection ... first team All-Inter-Ac and first team All-Main Line ... named to the All-Philly lacrosse team ... also a three-year letterwinner in soccer as a defender and forward ... team captain ... All-Inter-Ac, All-Main Line and All-Delco on the pitch.
