As a Junior (2007-08): Member of NCAA B-cut 200-yard freestyle, 400 free, and 200 medley relays...also anchored first-place 400 medley relay at Terrapin Cup...200 free relay finished third at ACC Championships while the 400 free relay took fifth...individual point scorer for Terps at ACCs in the 100 breast (56.88) and 200 breast (2:02.25), finishing 16th and 12th, respectively...prelim times at ACCS in the 100 (56.43) and 200 breast (2:02.12) were personal-bests...finished second v. NC State in 50 free (21.05) and v. Duke in 100 free (46.45)...won the 100 breast v. NC State (57.12) and Johns Hopkins (57.36)...also had a third-place finish at the Pitt Duals (2:05.07).
As a Sophomore (2006-07): Transferred to Maryland in January of 2007 from Rutgers University ... at the ACC Championships, was a consolation finalist and point scorer for the Terrapins in the 200-yard breaststroke placing tenth overall (2:02.79) after establishing a career-best time and Maryland's season-best time of 2:02.49 in the prelim for the event ... in the 100 breast, finished 18th overall (57.38) and also swam Maryland's season-best time in the 200 individual medley (1:51.47) for 19th place at ACCs ... swam the third leg for the sixth-place 400 free relay team (3:00.84) and the second leg for the sixth-place 200 medley relay team (1:29.54) at the ACC Championships.
Before Maryland: 2005 YMCA national champion in the 200 breast (long course) ... holds a school and conference record in the 50 freestyle ... placed top 8 in the 200 breast at the 2006 Big East Championships.
