Biography

International Experience: Named to Australia's Under-23 Developmental Squad in 2013, as well as Diamonds State Team, Under-21 Western Australia Team...on Western Australia Under-21 State Team in 2011 and 2012.

As a junior (2015): Saw action in 12 games.

As a sophomore (2014): Started in 22 of the Terps' games at centerback...assisted on Sprink's goal on a penalty corner that gave Maryland the lead in a 4-1 win over Northeastern (Aug. 31)…part of team that won first Big Ten championship in school history.

Before Maryland: Played four years of hockey at Penrhos College from 2007 to 2011...in 2009 and 2011 was named Most Consistent Hockey Player for her team...played for Victoria Park club and was the first female in club history to play in 50 games...also played four years of tennis and did the shotput...played three years of softball.

Personal: Rachel Frusher...daugher of Peter and Sue Frusher...came to Maryland for the great experience...loves the beach...kinesiology major...intends to become an occupational therapist.
