As a freshman (2012): Saw first career action as a Terp vs. Temple (Sept. 30)...also saw action in Terps' game vs. Towson (Oct. 16) and vs. American (Oct. 22).
Before Maryland: Came to Maryland as a greyshirt in the spring of 2012...named the Princeton Packet's Player of the Year in 2011, as well as named to the Trenton Times' All-Area Team in her senior year as well...earned All-Suburban Team honors from the Times in 2010 and was named to the NJFHCA North All Group IV Team, the All-Somerset County Team, and the Skyland Conference Raritan Team in both her junior and senior seasons.
Personal: Shari T. Jones...parents are Barbara Jones and Peggy Thim ...came to Maryland to make her game the best it could be...before every game she eats apple slices soaked in lemon juice...sports heroine is Teresa Weatherspoon ...wants to become a coach...intends to study communications.
