Sven Pearson

Sven received his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University in 2014. During his time there, he worked Women’s Basketball and Men’s and Women’s Tennis. He also did rotations at Kaneland High School and Benedictine University working primarily with Football.

In the 2013-2014 season, Pearson completed an internship with the University of Tennessee Men’s Basketball team who went on to make the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament.

After graduating from Northern Illinois University, Pearson worked at Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina for a year as an Intern Athletic Trainer. He oversaw the daily athletic training room duties for the women’s soccer, men’s basketball, and softball programs.

Pearson is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and is currently CPR/AED certified.

Pearson is originally from Oak Lawn, IL.
