As a Junior: Indoor- Set the team's second-best time in the 3,000 meter run, with a time of 8:27.97 at the Patriot Games (1/31/04)... also had the team's third-best 5,000 meter run time with a 15:58.28 at the ACC Championships...
Outdoor- Posted the Terps' second-best time in the 10,000 meter run with a 33:20.74 at the ACC Championships... had the team's fifth and sixth best times in the 5,000 meter run, posting a time of 8:51.72 at the Tar Heel Opener and a 9:00.55 at the JMU Invitational.
As a Sophomore: Indoor- Set team's second-best time in the 5,000 meter run at the Maryland Invitational, finishing ninth...competed three times in the 3,000 meter run... season-best 3,000 meter run time of 9:16.08 set at the Delaware Invitational for sixth place...Outdoor- Competed in the 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs as well as the 3,000 meter steeplechase...finished sixth in the 5,000 meter run at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 15:38.92...took sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Patriot Open with a time of 10:11.06.
As a Freshman: Did Not Compete
Before Maryland: Ran cross country and track in his senior season ... was an alternate on Colorado state championship cross country team his senior year ...
