2020 Indoor (Senior): Opened indoor season with a second place finish in the 3000m (9:58.34) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/18)... finished fifth in the 3000m (10:02.48) at the Rod McCravy Memorial (1/24)...took home third in the 5000m (17:23.87) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/14)...closed the indoor season in the 3000m (9:59.18) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/29)

2019 Cross Country (Senior): Opened the Cross Country season with a 12th place finish (18:31.65) at the Mt. Saint Mary’s 5K run (8/30)...finished 11th (17:54.1) at the UVA 5K (9/14)...finished 46th(20:52.3) at the 6K Leigh High Paul Short meet (10/5)...placed 15th (21:09.2) at the Penn State National Open (10/18)...finished 38th (21:14.5) at the 2019 B1G Championship (11/3)...Earned All-Region Honors at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals after placing 16th in a personal all-time best 20:40.4.

2019 Outdoor (Junior): Placed 3rd in the 5000m (17:15.66) at the North Florida Spring Break Invitational (3/21-22)...finished with a 4:40.32 in the 1500m at the Florida Relays (3/28-30)...placed 2nd with personal best in the 5000m (16:48.87) at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)...finished with personal best in the 1500m (4:36.56) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3)... finished 27th in the 5K (17:26.95) at the Big Ten Championships (5/10/19)

2019 Indoor (Junior): Competed in 2 events the mile and 3000m...finished 6th in the mile (5:03.96) and the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12)...finished 9th in the 3000m (9:54.48) at the Penn State National (1/25-26)...placed 3rd in the mile with a personal best of 4:59.24 at the 2019 Liberty Flames Invite (2/2)...finished 16th in the 3000m (9:49.28) at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)... finished 11th in the distance medley relay (11:45.77) and 23rd in the 5000m (17:16.62) at the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/22-23).

2018 Cross Country (Junior): Opened the cross country season with a 84th place finish (22:04.4) at the Paul Short Gold (9/29/18)... finished 41st (22:35.3) at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (10/12/18)... finished 87th (22:31.7) at the Big Ten Championships (10/28/18)... finished 61st (22:30.9) at the NCAA Regional Cross Country Championships (11/9/18)

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore): Started her season at the Maryland Invitational (3/17) competing in the 3000m (10:03.77) placing 3^rd …ran a personal best at USF Bulls Invitational (3/22-23) in the 1500m (4:39.01) placing 3^rd …competed in the 1500m (4:39.01) in a tri-meet versus Bucknell and Georgetown (4/6)…competed in the 5000m (17:55.23) at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)…competed in the distance medley relay (11:56.10) at Penn Relays (4/26-28)…finished her season at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-13) competing in the 5000m (18:28.42). 

2018 Indoor (Sophomore): Began the season at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13) running the mile (5:05.85)…finished 3^rd in the Terrapin Invitational (1/20) running the 3000m (10:02.20)…ran a personal best in the mile (5:01.61) finishing 2^nd and in the 1000m (3:03.25) finishing 3^rd at the Wesley A. Brown Women’s Invitational (1/27)…finished 1^st in the 3000m (9:56.43) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/2-3)…finished her season with a personal best in the 3000m (9:49.78) in the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).

2017 Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the cross country season with a fourth-place finish (22:52.2) at the 2017 Salty Dog Invitational (9/7/17)... finished 32nd (22:27.0) at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (10/14/17)... finished 71st (22:11.8) at the Big Ten Championships (10/29/17)... finished 59th (21:27.4) at the NCAA Regional Cross Country Championships (11/10/17)

Before Maryland:  Transferred to Maryland after one season at North Florida...helped lead the Ospreys to third place finish at 2016 Atlantic Sun Cross country Championships, finishing 15th at the meet...2016 ASUN all-Freshmen Team...Third Team All-Atlantic Sun in 3000m at indoor championships...ran cross country and track at Oakland Mills High School...took first in the 3200m at 2016 2A State Championship...finished sixth in mile at 2015 New Balance Emerging Elite...2015-16 Baltimore Sun All-Met Team...won 2012 Class 2A state cross country title.

Personal: Daughter of Phil and Vicki Lang...has a sister Tiffany who ran cross country and track at UNC Charlotte...lists sports hero as Steve Prefontaine...majoring in communication.
