2019 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a 14th-place finish in the 800m (1:56.78) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/21/19)... finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:06.61) at the Florida Relays (3/28/19)... finished fifth in the 800m (2:02.59) and first in the 4x400m relay (3:18.21) at the UVA Quad Meet (4/6/19)... placed fifth in the 800m (2:00.75) at the Virginia Challenge (4/19/19)... finished second in the 4x400m relay (3:06.51) at the Penn Relays (4/25/19)... finished 12th in the 800m (1:57.09) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:18.67) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)... placed 18th in the 800m (1:52.81) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:08.14) at the Big Ten Championships (5/10/19)... finished 19th in the 4x400m relay (3:11.18) at the NCAA East Prelims (5/23/19)

2019 Indoor: Took first in the 600m dash at Penn State National (1:18.84)... Place fifth in the 600m dash at the 2019 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (1:20.81)... Placed seventh in the 600m at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1:20.30)... Took fourth in the 600m dash in the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational (1:21.07)... Finished 12th in the 800m at the Music City Challenge (1:52.92)... Placed 10th in the 800m at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1:59.65)... Placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:09.77) at the 2019 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (47.832)

2018 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 800m at Maryland Invitational (1:59.70)... Finished 19th in the 800m at the 2018 NAVY Men’s Invitational (2:04.48)... Finished 13th in the 800m at the Virginia v. Maryland, Bucknell, Georgetown meet (1:59.68)... Finished 11th in the 800m at the 2018 Larry Ellis Invitational (1:54.64)... Finished 11th in the 800m at the Kehoe Twilight Meet 2018 (1:58.36)... Finished 30th in the 800m at the 2018 Big Ten Championships (2:00.87)

2018 Indoor: Finished 22nd in the 800m at Spire NCAA D-1 Track & Field Classic (1:57.26)

2017 Outdoor: Competed at nine events...4x400m relay team won (3:21.17) and also finished 8th in the 800m (1:58.65) at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)...took 6th place in the 800m (1:55.70) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/24)...finished 7th in the 1600smr (3:24.35) during the Florida Relays (3/30-4/1)...took 2nd place in the 4x400m relay (3:12.73) and placed 6th with a season best 1:54.04 in the 800m during the Virginia Quad (4/8)...ran a season best 49.04 in a 1st place finish in the 400m at the Hopkins Invitational (4/15)...4x400m relay team finished 7th (3:21.02) at the Virginia Challenge (4/22-23)...finished 7th in the 800m (1:57.95) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)...finished 32nd in the prelims of the 800m (1:59.12) during the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14).

2017 Indoor: Competed at five events...4x400m relay team finished 4th (3:19.46) and also finished 18th in the 600m (1:08.40) at the Wagner Invitational (1/6)...member of 4th place 4x400m relay team (3:17.20) and also took 5th place in 600m (1:20.75) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14)...finished 7th (36.26) during the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)...took 4th place on 4x400m relay team (3:15.23) and finished 5th in the 600m (1:20.43) at the Penn State Nationals (1/27-28)...4x400m relay team finished 10th (3:16.76) and also finished 25th in the 800m (2:00.51) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/3-4).

2016 Outdoor: Competed at seven events...ran the 400m, 800m and 4x400m events...helped 4x400 relay to three first place finishes...member of first place 4x400 (3:16.45) and took 12^th in the 400 (51.07) at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (3/18-3/19)...ran a season-best 49.51 in the 400 to place third at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/9)...posted a season-best mark of 1:59.60 in the 800 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/6)...clocked in at 49.84 in he 400 prelims at the Big Ten Championships (5/13-5/15). 

2016 Indoor: Competed at four events...member of fourth place 4x400 relay team (3:19.17) and was top-25 in the 500 (1:08.00) at the Penn State Relays (1/9)...went 2:00.76 in the 800 at the Great Dane Classic (1/16)...won 4x400 relay (3:20.12) and was fourth in the 600 (1:23.17) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/30)...4x400 team finished third (3:17.04) and went 2:01.92 in the 800 at the SPIRE Invite (2/5-2/6).  

Before Maryland: Competed for Old Bridge High School…was a two-time high school All-American…earned first-team all-state honors his senior season…won the 800m indoor New Jersey state champion…anchored Old Bridge’s 4x800m state championship team that notched a state meet record…named the Home News Tribune’s 2015 Athlete of the Year…named NJ.com’s Conference Athlete of the Year…led Old Bridge to the 4x800m title at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals with the fastest split time (1:49.60)…as a junior anchored the national runner up in the 4x400 with a 47.50 split…member of the Milrose Games 4x400 champions and meet record holders…helped win the Adidas Grand Prix in the 4x800m…named Old Bridge’s indoor and outdoor MVP…lists personal bests of 400m open (48.25), 400m split (47.50), 800m open (1:51.60), 800m split (1:49.60).

Personal: Son of Gibril Miawad and Khefa Mohamed…has one sibling, Hussam…nicknamed “Hazz” in high school…lists his sports hero as Michael Johnson…he plans to be a sports physical therapist post graduation…lists his reason for attending Maryland as “great academics with excellent kinesiology program. Also one of the best coaches in the country.”
