Opened the outdoor season with a seventh-place finish in the 1500m (4:16.24) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... finished seventh in the 1500m at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational (4/12/19)... finished 12th in the 1500m (4:19.11) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)

2019 Indoor: Finished 11th in the 800m at the 2019 Navy Invitational (2:00.28)... Took fourth in the 1000m run at the 2019 Navy Select (2:35.68)... Finished ninth in the 1000m run at the 2019 Liberty Flames Invite (2:49.84)

2018 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 800m at USF Bulls Invitational (1:57.99)... Finished 17th in the 800m at Kehoe Twilight Invitational (2:08.92)... Finished 47th in the 1500m at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational (4:13.40)

2018 Indoor: Finished 11th in the 800m at Terrapin Invitational 2018 (2:01.62)... Placed fifth in the mile at the 2018 Wesley A. Brown Men’s Invitational (4:41.20)... Finished sixth in the 1000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2:36.01)... Finished seventh in the 1000m at Spire NCAA D-1 Track & Field Classic (2:31.19)

2017 Outdoor: Academic All-Big Ten...competed at five events…member of the 3rd place 4x400m relay team (3:26.33) and placed 10th in the 1500 (4:07.88) at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…finished 14th in the 800m (2:00.71) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/24)…finished 14th in the 800m (1:57.62) during the Virginia Quad (4/8)…finished 18th place in the 1500m (4:03.43) at the Hopkins Invitational (4/14)…finished the season placing 18th in the 1500m (4:13.62) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5).

2017 Indoor: Competed at four events in the 800m and Mile…finished 26th in the Mile (4:33.47) at the Wagner Invitational (1/6)…ran the 800m in 1:57.67 for 7th place at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)…placed 6th in the 800m (1:57.40) during the Wesley A. Brown Men’s Invitational (1/28)…finished 24th in the 800m (1:59.49) during the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/3-4).

2016 Outdoor: Competed at seven events...ran the 800m and in relay events...took 11^th with season-best in the 800 (1:55.75) at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (3/18-19)...took third in the 800 (1:56.75) and third in the 4x400 (3:20.79) at the Maryland Invitational (3/26)...placed 10^th in the 800 (1:56.75) at Virginia Quad Meet (4/8)...ran 2:00.43 in the 800 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (4/22-23)...member of DMR team ta Penn Relays that combined to go 10:12.58 (4/28-4/30)...finished 12^th in 800 (1:56.25) at Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/6)...clocked 2:00.64 in the 800 at Big Ten Championships (5/13-15). 

2016 Indoor: Competed at three events...took 30^th in the 1000 (2:41.49) at the Great Dane Classic (1/16)...ninth in the 800 (2:01.20) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/30)...top-25 in the 800 (1:59.13) and 1000 (2:39.08) at the SPIRE Invite (2/12-2/13). 

Before Maryland: Competed for Columbia High School…helped set school records in the 4x800m (7:45) and SMR (3:29)…helped the Cougars notch the county record in the 4x400m (3:18.87)…earned the Men of Essex Award for Outstanding Scholastic and Athletic Achievement…named to the Essex County first team for cross country and track…holds PR: 800m (1:55), 1600m (4:18), 5k (16:19).

Personal: Son of James Loadholt and Diane Thomson…named the National Merit Achievement Outstanding Participant…earned the South Orange Historical Preservation Society Essay Contest Scholarship and the President’s Scholarship….lists his favorite pregame meal as pasta.
