2020 Indoor (Senior): Opened senior season in the mile (5:17.97) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/18)...took home seventh in the mile (5:19.60) at the Navy Invite II (2/1)...competed in the mile (5:14.54) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/15)...ran a season-best mile (5:10.16) at Navy Select (2/21)

2019 Cross Country (Senior): Opened the Cross Country season with a 73rd place finish (20:56.77) at the Mt. Saint Mary’s 5K run (8/30)...finished 45th (20:50.6) at the UVA 5K (9/14)

2019 Outdoor (Junior): Academic All-Big Ten... opened the outdoor season with a sixth-place finish in the 3000m (10:39.39) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... Finished 24th in the 1500m (4:53.59) at the UNF Spring Break Invite (3/21/19)... finished third in the 800m (2:29.46) at the 2019 Navy Spring Meet (3/30/19)... earned 10th place in the 1500m (4:51.34) at the UVA Quad Meet (4/6/19)... finished 14th in the 1500m (4:56.79) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)

2019 Indoor (Junior): Competed in 2 events, the mile and 1000m...placed 10th in the mile (5:13.79) at the 2019 Liberty Flames Invite (2/2)...received her personal best in the 1000m (2:59.83) receiving 3rd and her personal best in the mile (5:07.86) receiving 5th in the 2019 Navy Select (2/8).

2018 Cross Country (Junior): Opened the cross country season with a 15th-place finish (24:04.7) at the Salty Dog Invite (9/15/18)... finished 230th (23:10.6) at the Paul Short Gold (9/29/18)... finished 90th (23:16.4) at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (10/12/18)... finished 99th (22:55.4) at the Big Ten Championships (10/28/18)

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in seven events…started her season clocking a 5:00.57 in the 1500 at the Maryland Invitational (3/17)…competed in the USF Bulls Invitational (3/22-23) and Navy Men’s Invitational (3/31) placing 9^th in the 800m (2:24.01)…placed 9^th (2:22.24) at Virginia (4/6)…season best in the 1500m (4:46.85) at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)…placed 9^th in the 1500 (4:50.51) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/4)…competed in the Big Ten Championships (5/11-13).

2018 Indoor (Sophomore): Started the season running a 5:37.87 in the mile at the Terrapin Invitational (1/20)…ran a season best in the 3000 clocking in at 11:03.67 at the Wesley A. Brown Women’s Invitational (1/27)…competed in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/2-3) (3:06.17)…ran the mile (5:26.21) in the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track & Field Classic (2/9-10).

2017 Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed at 11 events for the Teps during her sophomore season…finished 4^th in her season debut in 18:17.9 versus Navy(9/1)…was the No.4 runner for Maryland at George Washington 18:17.9 a season best(9/1)…ran another seasons best 6k…21:48.6 at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships(11/10).

2017 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed at five events…finished 4th in the 1500m (4:48.15) at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…had a top 20 finish in the in the 800m (2:19.78) at the Virginia Quad (4/8)…had a top 15 finish in the 1500m (4:49.37) at the Hopkins Invitational (4/14)…placed 11th in the 1500m (4:52.27) and 12th in the 800m (2:19.12) during the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)

2017 Indoor (Freshman): Competed at four events…finished 18th in the Mile (5:31.67) and 10th place in the 800m (2:22.47) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)…member of 4x400m relay team (4:12.88) and finished 11th in the 800m (2:20.06) at the Wesley A. Brown Women’s Invitational (1/28)…ran the 1000m in 3:02.96 during the Armory Track Invitational (2/3-4)…ran the 800m in 2:27.31 and the Mile in 5:23.25 during the SPIRE NCAA D1 Indoor Track Meet (2/10-11).

2016 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed at four events for the Terps during first collegiate season…crossed the line in 19:38.60 at season debut at Mt. St. Mary’s 5K Duals (9/2)…was the No. 5 runner for Maryland at Salty Dog Invite 24:23.17 (9/10)…finished in 23:36.60 at the Princeton Invite (10/15)…went 24:40.30 for the Terps at the B1G Championship (10/30). 

Before Maryland: Four-year letter-winner in cross country and track at Hillsborough High School...two-time member of NJSIAA Group 4 Championship team (2012, 14)...three-time Skyland All-Conference Cross Country...2015 cross country MVP, 2016 indoor and outdoor track MVP...2015 Somerset County Cross Country Champion...2016 Somerset County 800m (indoor) and 1600m (outdoor) Champion...2016 Skyland Conference Champion (indoor 800m)...member of National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society...coached by Rich Refi.  

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Judi Novak...has an older brother Jake...lists biggest sports thrill as setting a new school record in the 800m her last home track meet...lists sports hero as Brenda Martinez...chose Maryland because it was a big school with opportunities, close to D.C., had great school spirit and courses related to major...also recruited by Bucknell and Rutgers...majoring in government and politics.
