Finished 11th in the 4x400m relay (3:24.82) at USF Bulls Invitational… Finished seventh in the 800m at USF Bulls Invitational (1:55.37)... Finished seventh in the 800m at the 2018 NAVY Men’s Invitational (1:58.28)... Finished fifth in the 800m at Virginia v. Maryland, Bucknell, Georgetown (1:55.94)... Finished 44th in the 800m at the 2018 Larry Ellis Invitational (2:00.47)... Finished ninth in the 800m at Kehoe Twilight Meet 2018 (1:56.74)... 2018 Indoor: Placed second in the 800m dash at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1:55.88)... Finished eighth in the 800m dash at Terrapin Invitational 2018 (2:00.48)... 2017 Outdoor: Academic All-Big Ten...competed at five events…won the 4x400m relay (3:21.17) and finished 4th in the 800m (1:56.42) at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…took 5th place in the 800m (1:55.22) at the Hopkins Invitational (4/14)…placed 10th in the 800m (1:58.60) during the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)…finished in 33rd place in the 800m prelims (1:59.24) at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14).

2017 Indoor: Competed at three events…finished in 14th place in the 800m (2:00.87) at the Wagner Invitational (1/6)…finished 8th in the 800m (1:59.08) at the Wesley A. Brown Men’s Invitational (1/28)…finished 28th running the 800m in 1:59.74 at the Armory Track Invitational (2/3-4).

Before Maryland: Ran track and cross country at Wheaton High School…holds school records in indoor track and field 4x800m relay (8:32:97) and outdoor track and field 4x800m relay (8:22.86)…placed 12^th at the Maryland 3A State Championship (400m)…won the Iron Knight Athletic Award (three sports a year for four years in high school)…named a scholar athlete and male senior athlete of the year…lists personal bests as 200m- 23.4, 400m- 51.1, 800m- 1:55.53 and 1600m- 4:38…ran for University of Maryland Club Running during his freshman year where he posted club records in the outdoor 800m- 1:55.54 and the indoor 800m- 1:59.45…was named a National AP Scholar and won the National Honor Society Academic Merit Award in high school…graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Son of Richard and Melinda Scott…brother of Jason and Eric (twins)…majoring in mechanical engineering…lists sports hero as Jeremy Wariner…enjoys puzzles, reading, league of legends…came to Maryland for the great engineering education and the environment on campus.
