Grayson Wagner

Grayson Wagner joined the Maryland Athletic Department as the Director of NIL Services in October 2022. This newly created position will be responsible for providing and identifying NIL resources for student-athletes, coaches and administration, as well as being the point of contact for NIL partners and collectives. 

Before Maryland, Grayson worked in a variety of roles at Opendorse, most recently on the operations side of their sales team directly supporting the Collective, College and Brand teams. He started full-time at Opendorse in 2019 after interning the previous year. 

Grayson is a 2017 graduate of Colorado State University where he worked in Athletic Development, Football Recruiting, and finished up his last two years as a student manager for the MBB program. He also is a graduate of the MAIAA (Master of Arts in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration) program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he served as a graduate assistant for the MBB program. 

Grayson resides in North Bethesda with his wife, Jules, and dog, Mack, and enjoys attending live music events and cheering for the Colorado Avalanche and Las Vegas Raiders.
