Kristen Kenfield joins the athletic department for the 2021-22 academic year as an Assistant Learning Specialist.
A native of Kenosha, WI, Kenfield received her Bachelor’s of Science in education (majoring in sport management) in 2019, then her Master’s of Education specializing in sport administration in 2021 while attending Bowling Green State University (BGSU).
Throughout undergraduate and graduate school, Kenfield has gained experience as an academic coach at the University of Toledo’s Student-Athlete Academic Services and student worker/assistant at BGSU’s Student-Athlete Services. For her
master’s project, she researched, Student-Athletes’ First-Year College Transitions at a Mid-American Conference University: Investigating Stressors in Different Identities and COVID-19.
