Trey Nickelson joined the Terrapin Club staff as the Assistant Director for Annual Giving in January 2023. He enters his second school year in that role in 2024-25.
Before Maryland, Nickelson was the Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Before UTC, Nickelson was the Assistant Director of Facilities and Ticket Operations at Colorado State University-Pueblo.
Nickelson began his career as a Ticket Office Assistant at the University of Maryland in July 2014.
Nickelson earned a a Master’s degree studying Sports Management at West Virginia University and Bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University studying Physical Education.
