COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Three members of the Maryland football team -- head coach Ralph Friedgen, linebacker E.J. Henderson and tailback Bruce Perry -- will be among those featured on the Home Depot 2001 College Football Awards Show, which airs live on ESPN Thursday from 9-11 p.m. EST.

Friedgen is this year's Home Depot National Coach of the Year, selected by members of the ESPN staff. Henderson is a finalist for the Butkus Award, which goes to the nation's top linebacker, and Perry is a finalist for the Doak Walker Award, which is awarded to the nation's top running back.<>

The show will air live from the Atlantic Dance Hall at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Fla.
