COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland will be the sixth seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament and will face 11th-seeded Boston College in the opening round on Thursday, March 13 at 9:30 p.m. The tournament is being held from Thursday to Sunday at Charlotte Bobcats Arena in North Carolina.

Maryland finished the regular season with an 8-8 record in the conference and was 18-13 overall. Miami was also 8-8 but beat the Terrapins in the only regular season game between the two teams.

The winner of the opening round game between the Terps and Boston College will face third-seeded Clemson on Friday night at 9:30 p.m.
