PRINCETON, N.J. -
The 2010 ECAC/IC4A Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships continued Saturday at Princeton University, with several Terrapins scoring points for the Maryland track and field program.
Kiani Profit continued her impressive season, qualifying for the finals of the 400-meter hurdles and 100-meter hurdles. Profit posted the top mark of the day in the 400-meter hurdles, crossing the line in 57.80 seconds, the second-fastest time in school history. The junior finished eighth in the 100-meter hurdle preliminaries and seventh in the semifinals with times of 14.17 and 14.16, respectively. Both sections of the finals will be run on Sunday.
Maryland also received scoring from Tiffani Long Saturday afternoon. The senior finished third overall in the long jump with a mark of 19-05.25. Sophomore Ashley Hendrix finished tenth with a mark of 18-08.
On the men's side, Greg Kelsey shaved more than three seconds off his career-best in the 1,500-meter run to finish third in the preliminaries. The senior crossed the line in 3:47.50, the seventh-best time in school history.
In the relays, Alexis Booker joined forces with Tolulope Olugbemi, Arielle Statham and DeAnna Brown to finish eighth in the 4x100-meter preliminaries with a time of 46.67 seconds. The 4x400-meter relay squad just barely missed out on the finals, finishing ninth with a time of 3:46.52.
Brown also represented Maryland in the 200-meter dash, finishing ninth in the preliminaries with a personal-best time of 24.21 seconds, seventh-best in school history.

Women
Maryland's 4x800-meter relay squad, comprised of Erin Matyus, Ashley Cromartie, Ashlyn Sinclair and Christina Nelson, finished 13th with a time of 9:04.45. Christina Nelson finished 22nd in the 1,500-meter preliminaries with a time of 4:36.22. Kristen Batts finished 20th in the hammer throw with a mark of 161-11.
Men
Legonn Haskins finished 14th in the 110-meter hurdle preliminaries with a time of 14.62 seconds. Jeremy Samuels finished 16th in the 400-meter preliminaries with a season-best time of 47.99 seconds. Tommy Friscia finished 17th in the 800-meter preliminaries with a time of 1:50.97. Maryland's 4x100-meter relay squad, comprised of Legonn Haskins, Jeremy Samuels, Chris Brown and Floyd Hawkes, finished 21st with a time of 42.10 seconds.
