GREENSBORO, N.C. -
Kickoff for the University of Maryland's home football game against Towson University on Saturday, Oct. 1 has been set for 3:30 p.m. EDT.
The Atlantic Coast Conference office made the announcement Monday with the matchup to be shown live the Regional Sports Networks (RSN) and broadcast on the 14-station Terrapin Sports Radio Network.
Locally, the game can be seen on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic. In the ACC region, it will be shown on Fox Sports South, Fox Sports Carolina, Sun Sports and NESN.
Outside the ACC footprint, the game can be viewed on FOX Sports Tennessee, FOX Sports Southwest Plus, FOX Sports Houston Plus and FOX Sports Arizona Plus. Click here for a complete list of affiliates.
The Terrapins (1-1, 1-0 ACC) are playing host to the Temple Owls (2-1, 1-0 Mid-American Conference) at 12:30 p.m. this Saturday at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium before welcoming the Tigers (2-0).
The Terps and Tigers will be meeting for the first time.
ACC home games are selected on a 12-day option by ESPN/ABC. Four times during the season, ESPN/ABC can choose certain ACC games on a six-day window.
