International Experience: Selected to U.S. Field Hockey's A-Camp twice.
As a freshman in 2000: Only true freshman field player to see time for the Terps ... contributed in eight games … scored first collegiate points in Maryland's 11-2 victory over Radford (Sept. 17) … one of 13 Terps to score a goal, punching in a second-half score vs. the Highlanders … fed Carissa Messimer with her first career assist later in the half to total three points for the game.
Before Maryland: A high school All-America first-team selection and Boston Globe and News Tribune player of the year as a senior … selected MVP of the Middlesex league as a senior and twice named a league all-star … four-time News Tribune all-star … a two-year selection to the Boston Herald all-scholastic team … also a two-year Middlesex league all-star in ice hockey.
