On Kadushin: "Rebecca has the ability to play tough defense at all positions in the pool and will concentrate on the centerback position. She is also expected to be a contributor on the offensive end of the pool with her quick driving ability."

Before Maryland: Swam competitively from age 10 until she was a junior in high school.
Personal: Parents are Anne Marie and Sam Kadushin ... has a brother, Noah (19) and a sister, Hannah (23) ... coached the Fairland Aquatic Swim Team for four years ... enjoys drawing, reading and discussing politics ... was the editor of her high school yearbook ... a computer science major and a kinesiology minor ... hopes to be a high school teacher and a swim coach.
