Terps Hite to Transfer

College Park, Md. -- Sophomore Kelly Hite, who averaged 0.9 points, 1.0 rebounds and 3.3 minutes in 11 games as a freshman, will transfer from the University of Maryland according to Head Coach Gary Williams.

"He is in a situation where he is looking for more playing time and has decided to transfer," said Williams. "He is in good academic standing and we wish him a lot of success in the future."
